Abstract

This study explores the evolving strategic partnership between China and Pakistan in the 21st Century, highlighting the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) as a strategic key factor of their collaboration. In addition to being an economic partnership, the CPEC is a strategic alliance that has changes the geopolitical situation of South Asia as part of China’s broader Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). The study examines the various aspects of CPEC, including how it effects the economies, politics, and security of both countries. It looks at how to CPEC has improved ties between the two countries, increasing economic integration and creating new opportunities for infrastructure and development in Pakistan. Additionally, the research analyzes the geopolitical ramifications of this collaboration inside the context of reginal dynamics, specifically focusing on India, United States (US), and other superpowers. In this research has been conducted an analytical, qualitative and descriptive approach and using realism theory to examine the data. According to the study’s finding, CPEC has improved Sino-Pak ties to unprecedented level, positioning them as a key factor in determining the regional future.
